Energetic Kinesiology

Kinesiology prioritises client based care by ensuring individualised treatment sessions. With over thirty years’ experience, I use research-based techniques to bring you insight and then support you through your new choices to create an optimal sense of balance.

Two spherical stones sit on raked sand with concentric circles, creating an abstract, zen-like pattern. Shadows accentuate the texture, offering a sense of calm and balance. The lighting is soft, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere.

Kinesiology

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to provide evidence-based health information and services that empower individuals to make informed decisions. I work within a framework of several different kinesiology modalities. My training is centred around the principle of energetic kinesiology. The two main forms of kinesiology I use are.

A sunlit path flanked by tall, arching trees creates a tunnel effect. The warm, golden light filters through the branches, illuminating the mist and enhancing the serene atmosphere. The path leads into a bright, distant point.

PKP

(Professional Kinesiology Practitioner) which offers the opportunity to balance energies relating to a specific context. It also gives the opportunity to identify any unconscious belief patterns relating to that context.

To receive the benefit from kinesiology it is recommended that initially two or three sessions are required. These sessions would form the foundation of your advancement towards balance and wellness.

Sessions are charged at an hourly rate of £50. The duration of a session can be from one and a half hours (£75.00) to two hours (£100.00)

Courses

Introduction to kinesiology

Sitting alongside my client work are Introduction to Kinesiology courses. In 1973 John Thie developed a practical guide to natural health using the bio-feedback techniques of muscle monitoring. His vision was to share, as widely as possible, what would help others achieve greater health and wholeness. John believed the simple, safe methods help enhance people’s own recuperative powers.

What is kinesiology?

A persons outstretched arm with a slightly bent hand and fingers, against a blurry, light-colored background.
Through the use of muscle monitoring, kinesiology is a gentle way to interface with all levels of your being.

Kinesiology offers way to assess different functions of the body. When an imbalance is identified, muscle monitoring indicates how to bring about balance to your mind and body.

I feel so fortunate to have been introduced to Carol. Not only have I had the most rewarding, thorough kinesiology sessions with her but I have also had the privileged to have attended one of her Touch for Health courses. The information was so enlightening and I am really excited to now have this invaluable tool to use in my life and to share it.
